WHO & WHY

A South Australian based event design and management consultancy, Impilo Designs offer a professional service to corporate and private clients.

Rebecca Zajac, Director and Event Consultant, offers more than 12 years event industry experience to corporate, government and not for profit organisations. Rebecca also takes pride in the more personal service she is able to offer private clients who wish to host unique and stylish celebrations, including weddings, private parties and social gatherings.

A series of office administration roles encouraged the creative side of Rebecca in the mid 1990’s and in 1998 Rebecca started her first official event coordinator role, assisting the organisers of the Classic Adelaide Car Rally and Formula Adelaide Historic F1 Race. Following several years in the Adelaide motor sport sector, Rebecca moved to London, England to broaden her horizons and gain some cultural experience.

Many conferences, product and media launches, recruitment shows, sporting events, private dinner parties and several weddings later, Rebecca returned to Adelaide, Australia to start the next chapter of her life, with her South African born husband. Three years and two children later, Rebecca is now concentrating on offering her years of experience to corporate organisations, brides and grooms and busy parents. Rebecca’s corporate client list includes the Clare Valley Racing Club and the City of Salisbury.

Rebecca’s passion lies in the unusual elements of events. By adding one or two very unique pieces, incorporating different textures and lighting or contemplating the impossible, Rebecca is able to bring a new dimension to an otherwise customary event.
